12/23/2023 We ended the year with some new filtration equipment, sugarshack structural improvements and a new mainline being run!

I appreciate everyone who enjoys the syrup and am continuing to improve the processing equipment for best, purest syrup I can make! Looking forward to February opening I expect the sap will start flowing around the start of February. We had a nice, almost too wet summer but the trees loved it! We’ll see how much syrup we make the next year! -Maxwell
