2022 sugarhouse is constructed, lines to 500 trees and a new evaporator complete
2023 Leader MicRO2 reverse osmosis unit, lines extened to 600 trees complete -organic certification
2024 Lines extend to ~1000 trees High vacuum sugar collection system
2025 Lines extending into neighboring woods pending permission, trees 1500+ syrup producing 300-400 gallons
2026 Sugarhouse expansion, Roadside shop, candy and goods available year round
2027 and beyond - work with local agriculture and landowners to extend into other sugarbushes
